The Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who, at the time of entry: (a) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years and over; and (b) is not a director, manager, employee, officer or contractor (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of participating retailers, foodservice outlets, agencies or companies associated with this Promotion. "Immediate families" means spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural, half, step or by adoption) whether or not they live in the same household.
If you are under the age of 18 years at the time of entry you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 years to enter and be an Eligible Entrant. Your parent or guardian must read these Terms and Conditions and may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the winning entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per unique code and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

The Promotion commences at 00:01hrs AEDT on 1 January 2016 and closes at 23:59hrs AEDT on 15 March 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the “Nutino Win 1 of 1000 Nutino Lunch Boxes Promotion” (the ”Promotion”), entrants must,
Purchase any specially stickered Nutino Hazelnut Spread product from a participating retail outlet during the Promotion Period (defined below), and peel back the sticker panel to reveal a unique entry code; and
Visit the Nutino Website at www.winwithnutino.com.au and fully complete the online entry form including full name, email, mobile number, address, the name of the participating outlet the Nutino Hazelnut Spread product was purchased from, and the unique entry code during the Promotional Period.

There will be one thousand and five (1,005) prize winners (the Prizes), as follows,
The instant win prize is one (1) of one thousand (1,000) Nutino lunch boxes (the “Instant Win Prize”) RRP AUD$9.99,
The second chance prize is one (1) of five (5) gift packs, comprising of twenty four jars (24) of Nutino Hazelnut Chocolate Spread 400g (the “Second Chance Prize”) RRP AUD$112.80.
