a. are contemplating quitting smoking;
b. are in the process of quitting smoking; or

b. are in the process of quitting smoking; or
c. have quit smoking.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion begins at 12.00am 01/10/14 (Sydney time) and closes 11.59pm 30/11/14 (Sydney time) (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must:
(a) fully complete the entry form (including providing their name, date of birth, phone number, email address and residential address) found at www.nicorette.com.au/win;
(b) tell us in 25 words or less “why you want to quit smoking”; and
(c) submit their entry online.
PRIZE:
Each of the winning entrants will win AUD$2,000 in the form of a cheque made out to the winner to the name provided on their entry form.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD$20,000.
