PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion begins at 12.00am 01/10/14 (Sydney time) and closes 11.59pm 30/11/14 (Sydney time) (Promotion Period). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must: (a) fully complete the entry form (including providing their name, date of birth, phone number, email address and residential address) found at www.nicorette.com.au/win; (b) tell us in 25 words or less “why you want to quit smoking”; and (c) submit their entry online.
