Who can enter the Tic Tac & Foodbank promotion?
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
When does the competition close?
Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 24th April 2024.
How can one enter the promotion?
To enter, participants must: - Purchase any 24g or 49g Tic Tac product in a single transaction from any Woolworths store nationally during the Competition Period. - Visit the promotion entry page on the website. - Input the required details including full name, email address, phone number, and Woolworths supermarket of Qualifying Purchase. - Upload their Qualifying Purchase receipt. - Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with privacy regulations. - Submit the fully completed online entry form.
What are the prizes won?
Each valid winner will receive a Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card valued at AUD$250. Additionally, the Promoter will donate AUD$2,500.00 to Foodbank at the end of the promotion as a lump sum.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is up to AUD$2,500.
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to certain conditions: - Only one entry is allowed per Qualifying Purchase, regardless of the number of Tic Tac products purchased. - Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. - A limit of one prize per person applies (excluding SA residents).
How and when will the winner/s be notified and published?
Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Their names will also be published on the website from 1st May 2024.
Is proof of purchase required?
Yes, participants must keep a copy of the purchase receipt for all entries. If requested, failure to provide proof of purchase may result in disqualification.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted to randomly distribute the prize/s.
Collection and use of personal information:
Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. This includes using the information for promotional, marketing, and profiling purposes.
General:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants, and make changes to the promotion if necessary. Liability is limited as per the Terms and Conditions outlined.
