Win 1 of 10 $5,000 home appliance packages! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entrants must own at least one (1) property in Australia. For an entry to be valid, entrants must arrange for a free appraisal of the property they own and have it conducted by LJ Hooker between the dates of 1 August 2015 and 31 October 2015. Sufficient proof of ownership of the property may be required by LJ Hooker prior to conducting the appraisal. Entrants are allocated to one of 7 different regions with one winner per region: 1. QLD North & NT 2. QLD South 3. NSW North 4. NSW South & ACT 5. VIC/TAS 6. SA 7. WA There will also be 3 national winners drawn from the total pool of entrants. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must: (a) Be the owner of a property in Australia; and (b) Book an appraisal with LJ Hooker by coming into an LJ Hooker office to request an appraisal, request an appraisal online or by telephone; and (b) Have a free appraisal of the property which they own conducted by LJ Hooker, prior to the competition draw date, between the dates of 1 August 2015 and 31 October 2015. PRIZES: There will be one winner per region with seven (7) Prize Winners in total who will each receive $5,000 worth of home appliances. There will also be three (3) national winners who will be drawn from the total pool of entrants.
