Entry is open only to Victorian residents aged 18 or over, except directors, management, officers and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management, officers and employees) of the Promoter, of the Promoter’s related corporations, of the Promoter’s advertising and sales promotion agencies or of any other agencies or entities associated with this competition.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, consumers must, during the Competition Period, visit https://mazdaaustralia.typeform.com/to/PhkdH3 and submit the online entry form including providing their full name, email address, phone number and any additional information as required by the Promoter. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet.
PRIZES:
There is ten (10) prizes to be won.
Each winner will win one (1) double pass to attend the Round 4 clash between North Melbourne and Fremantle at Etihad Stadium, 740 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008 on Sunday 17th April, 2016 at 4.40pm. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize suppliers including validity.
The winner must be able to take the prize on Sunday 17th April, 2016 at Etihad Stadium, 740 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008. If for any reason a winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the prize.
