Win 1 of 10 Flasch Liqueur Packs

1. The Promoter is: Flaschengeist Aust Pty Ltd. ABN 31002842551. Liquor License Number 36153592. Address of registered office: 2/61 Ravenhall Way, Ravenhall VIC 3023. Entrants must be over 18 and live in Australia to enter. Limited to 1 entry per person.
2. Competition starts 01/07/20 and ends 16/07/20 at 23:59
3. There is a total of 10 prizes to be won worth $500 each. There are 10 winners in total. Each winner will receive a prize containing a selection of Liqueur Bottles chosen by Flaschengeist.

5. The winners will be drawn at random on the 17th July 2020.
6. The winners will be notified by email no later than the 30th July 2020.
7. The winners will be notified by phone/email and they will claim their prize by submitting their address and phone number to Flaschengeist.
8. The results will be posted on the Flaschengeist website, Instagram & Facebook no later than the 17th August 2020.
9. If a winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, the prize will be redrawn to another entrant.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
