1. MOR Modern Apothecary will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the prizes.
2. This competition is exclusive to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
3. All entries will become MOR Modern Apothecary property upon submission through the MOR Facebook application.
4. The promotion commences at 12.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday the 30th of April 2014 and closes midnight AEST on Tuesday 6th of May 2014. The winner will be announced on the MOR Modern Apothecary Facebook page on Wednesday the 7th April, 2014.
5. The winner will be notified via email to the address provided at the time of entry on Wednesday the 6th of 2014 at 12.00pm AEST. MOR Modern Apothecary accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email information.
6. Prize includes one double pass to see Belle, a copy of Belle novel, Becoming Jane DVD, Stage Beauty DVD, and a Limited Edition Mother’s Day gift set from MOR, chosen at MOR’s discretion.
7. MOR reserves the right to re judge this competition in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed as of midnight AEST on 7th of May 2014, MOR will announce a new winner.
8. Any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
