HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, purchase any 840g or 900g can of SUSTAGEN Hospital Formula or a can of SUSTAGEN OPTIMUM 800g from a participating pharmacy where the promotion is advertised and displayed (“Eligible Purchase”) then visit www.sustagen.com.au to find the “SUSTAGEN Competition” link and follow the prompts to submit your entry, including your contact details and details about your Eligible Purchase. Limit of one entry per Eligible Purchase. Entry is further limited to no more than once per calendar day and household address, provided each entry represents a separate Eligible Purchase. PRIZE: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw. All valid entries that do not win a prize will be entered in an unclaimed prize draw, if one is required.
