Who’s eligible to enter this Challenge?

1. Persons over the age of 18 years may enter the Kids Smart Win an iPad (KSWai) competition by completing and submitting the entry form on http://kidsmart.com.au/winanipad/. Persons below 18 are not allowed to enter and any submissions from people under 18 will be disqualified.
2. This competition is only open to people residing in Australia.
3. Participants with proof of purchase of Kids Smart 50’s or 60’s burslet range or more, from MyChemist, Chemist Warehouse and Discount Vitamin Stores are eligible to enter
4. Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.
5. Employees of Pharmacare or affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for Kids Smart, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
1. Information on “How to enter” and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The competition starts on 21 July 2012 and ends on 20th August 2012. The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone on 3rd September 2012

Prizes
1. Total prize pool value is $4000 Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.
2. All prize values are in Australian Dollars.
3. The prizes for the competition are 10 iPad2 worth $400 each.
4. If any prize or reward (or part of any prize or reward) is unavailable, Nature’s Way, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or reward (or part of the prize or reward) with a prize or reward to the equal value and/or specification
5. Prizes and rewards, or any unused portion of a prize or reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
