Win 1 of 10 iPads! - To be eligible to receive an official entry form, individuals must spend $75 or more on any product/s within the Blooms The Chemist gift lines in one (1) transaction from any participating Blooms The Chemist store between 9.00am AEDST on 01/11/2012 and close of business on 24/12/2012. Individuals will receive an official entry form, which will contain a unique code, at the point of purchase, while stocks of official entry forms last. It is the responsibility of the individuals to ensure that they receive an official entry form at point of purchase. To enter, entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, either: (a) fully complete the official entry form including their full name, postal address, valid email address, daytime telephone number, the store of purchase and the full receipt number and place the fully completed entry form in the entry box provided in the Blooms The Chemist store; or (b) visit www.blooms.net.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, postal address, valid email address, daytime telephone number, the store of purchase, the full receipt number and unique code and submit the fully completed entry form.
