Employees of Paddy Pallin or Patagonia or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). TO ENTER: Fill in the entry form to sign up to the Paddy Pallin enewsletter. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 14th October, 2016 and announced on the Paddy Pallin Facebook page on the 14th October, 2016. REDRAW: If the prize is not claimed by any of the initial winners by 11th August 2016 at 5:00pm AEST, the unclaimed prizes will be redrawn. The unclaimed winners will be drawn randomly from all entrants on 28th October 2016 at 12:00pm AEST at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on 28th October 2016. PRIZE: 10 winners will win themselves a Patagonia Prize Pack consisting of 1 x 45l Black Hole Duffel and 1 x Trucker Cap. Each Prize is valued $174.95 and the total Prize Pool is $1749. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize Packs will be posted to the winners using Australia Post. The will be winners contacted via email to get their postal address. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Paddy Pallins decision shall be final.
