Complete the entry form by entering 1) last four digits of barcode on the MIDORI product purchased 2) first name, 3) last name, 4) contact number and 5) email address, 6) agree to the competition terms and conditions and, answer the following question in 25 words or less: “What is your favourite Midori drink and why?” The most creative answers (10 x answers) will be chosen and each will be announced as the winners.
