Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is free and open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. The promotion commences at 12.01AM on 8th September (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 11:59AM on the 6th October 2014 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrant must complete the first name, last name, mobile, email, postcode, date of birth and country fields. To be eligible, entrants must fill in all fields on the competition page. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. Employers of the company are ineligible to enter. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The winners will be chosen by a Vans employee on Monday 6th October 2014 after the competition closes. The winner’s names will be published on the Vans Instagram page and also be notified by email on Monday 6th October 2014. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remain (non-winning) eligible entries. The Promoter may award the prize to the eleventh chosen entry if the prize remains unclaimed by 13th October 2014 12:00 AM after the prize notification email has been sent. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize judging, the winner will be notified by email and the winner’s name will be published after the drawing of the prize. Prize includes Vans shoes, cap, sunnies, socks and tent. There will be ten winners for this competition. Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
