Who can enter the 2025 Summer Consumer Promotion?
The competition is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who currently reside in these countries and own a residential swimming pool. Spa-only owners are not eligible. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Directors, employees, and their immediate families associated with the Promoter, BioGuard Approved Retailers, or any related agencies are ineligible.

How can one enter the competition?
To enter, individuals must spend a minimum of $100 on BioGuard swimming pool chemicals at any participating BioGuard Approved Retailer. After the purchase, entrants can scan a QR code from in-store POS, click on a Facebook link, or go directly to the BioGuard website to access the online entry form. They must then enter the name of the store where the purchase was made and submit their entry. Entrants should retain their receipt as proof of purchase may be required. Each person is allowed only one entry during the competition period.

What are the prizes and details of the total prize pool amount?
The prize is a Weber Baby Q valued at AUD 369 or NZD 449 RRP. A total of 14 Weber Baby Q grills will be given away, with 10 winners from Australia and 4 winners from New Zealand. The total prize pool is valued at AUD 3,690 for Australia and NZD 1,796 for New Zealand, amounting to ANZD 5,486. The Weber Baby Q will be delivered to the BioGuard Approved Retailer store where the eligible products were purchased. Winners must claim their prize by 31 May 2025, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after this date.
