CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Contest begins February 19th, 2013 at 9:00am AEST and ends April 9, 2013 18:00 AEST ("Contest Entry Period").
WHO MAY ENTER: Entry is only open to Australian residents. While employees, directors, contractors to, or agencies engaged by The Athlete's Foot are highly encouraged to use the application and therefore enter the promotion, these groups are not eligible for the prizes and will be monitored throughout the competition, weekly. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winners. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Promotional period, you must: Like The Athlete's Foot Australia Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/theathletesfootaustralia). Entrants who have previously completed this will not be required to complete this step. Access the "FIND YOUR FIT" Promotional Application via a tab on The Athlete's Foot Facebook page on a desktop computer only. URL: https://www.facebook.com/theathletesfootaustralia/app_369820263089241 Follow the prompts of the Application required to Find your Fit (one click). Winners are instant and will be notified immediately and able to share these results. For Winners - Please enter the details required for contacting post the competition, regarding the prize distribution.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All Contest entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize during the entire Contest Entry Period. Any violation or attempt to violate this restriction may cause Sponsor to disqualify such person from the Contest.
All Entries must be received by April 9, 2013 18:00 AEST.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Winner will be notified immediately via the Facebook application with a unique "Winner" Frame and each winner is required to enter the mandatory details required for the Sponsor to contact the winner. If after three (3) attempts to contact a potential winner, Sponsor has been unable to do so, he/she will be disqualified and the prize will be offered in the redraw after the promotion end date. In the event it is determined that a potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor or prize supplier, such winner will be disqualified and required to promptly return to Sponsor the value of his/her prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if a potential or winner refuses their prize, at Sponsor's discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner after the promotion end date. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prizes at its sole discretion.
PRIZES: 100 Prizes: Each Instant Winner will be eligible for a $50 The Athlete's Foot gift card, redeemable at any of over 130 stores or online via www.theathletesfoot.com.au (retail value: $50 AUD each prize). Total ARV of all prizes: $5000 AUD
The daily allocation of the 2 instant prizes detailed as two $50 Gift Cards (for The Athlete's Foot Australia) will be allocated to two Find your Fit app users (using randomised selection software) daily. If two winners are not awarded on a day (using time selection and the Facebook Fan who uses the app closest to the random time selected for dual prizes each day), then the following day will have 3 prizes randomly awarded and so forth until the balance of 2 instant prizes, per day, is restored.
All prizes are awarded by Sponsor and will be dispatched no later than 4 weeks after Promotion end date (9nd April 2013). All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Federal, state and local taxes and other expenses not specified herein are winners' sole responsibility. Prizes are non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise except as specified. No substitutions or cash redemption of the prizes is permitted except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater retail value. Additional restrictions may apply.
OTHER CONDITIONS: By participating in the Contest, contestants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, and (iii) represents and warrants that he/she will abide by and comply with Facebook's terms of use. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and void all associated Entries and/or votes.
PRIZE REDRAW: In the event that any of the 100 automatic Prize Winners have entered incorrect or incomplete details, and have been unable to be contacted after three (3) attempts post the promotional period ending, these prizes will be randomly allocated to Facebook Fans who have used the application between the promotional dates. These winners will be contacted by 28th April 2013.
