It is a promotional competition organized by Hemmes Trading Pty Ltd ABN 29 105 332 652 trading as Merivale, offering 100 Fast Pass Double Passes to the Ocean Alley Concert at ivy on May 17, 2023, with a total maximum prize pool value of $9,000.00.

The competition is only open to residents of New South Wales who are over 18 years of age. The directors, management and employees of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers, and agencies directly associated with the development and conduct of the promotion are ineligible to participate.

Participants must provide their full name and email address by accessing the Digital Entry Form via promotional eDM and merivale.com/ocean-alley during the Entry Period, which starts on Monday, April 3 at 12.01 am and ends on Monday, April 27 at 11.59 pm.

There will be a total of 100 winners chosen by the Promoter, and each winner will receive one Fast Pass Double Pass to the Ocean Alley concert taking place at ivy on May 17, 2023, valued at $90. The winners will be determined by random selection from the Applications received during the Entry Period of the promotion. The winning Participants will be notified via email on the dates identified for the prize drawn.

Participants can only enter once per email address, and their application must not include or make reference to any third-party intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who submits an Application that does not comply with the Conditions of Entry.
