Who can enter the Instant Entry Sweepstakes?
The Instant Entry Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia who sign up through the designated giveaway page. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of PCT Global Pty Ltd (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. How is the winner selected and notified?
The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected through a random draw conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified immediately following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven days of notification, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner's receipt of the prize is contingent upon compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
