WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open to all NSW, QLD, SA, and VIC residential or small business customers (which is defined for this competition as customers that use less than 40MWh of electricity or 1000GJ of gas per year (pro rata based on the relevant bill)) with an active AGL Energy Plan for gas or electricity who are 18 years of age or over. However, the following are not eligible:
a. employees and contractors of AGL Energy Limited and their immediate families, Salmat Digital, and their associated agencies and companies;

b. customers on multi-site arrangements;
c. large market customers; or
d. customers not on AGL’s published Market Contract General Terms or Standard Retail Contract.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition commences on Monday 1 February 2016 at 00:01 (AEDT) and concludes on Saturday 30 July 2016 at 23:59 (AEST) (the Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
AGL residential and Small and Medium Business customers will receive one entry into the draw for each energy supply contract (gas or electricity) if they:
a. are the primary account holder on that account;
b. consent to receiving their bills and other account information to their valid email address (“eBilling”) instead of by post for that account (including if consent was received prior to the Promotional Period);
c. remain an active AGL Energy customer for that account and contactable via their nominated email address; and
d. do not withdraw their consent to eBilling at any time during the Promotional Period.
PRIZES:
The competition prize for each winner referred to as a “Free Bill” consists of an account credit on the winner’s energy account equal to the amounts payable incurred during the billing period of a previous bill (“Free Bill Period”) on the same account. The Free Bill Period will not be longer than a three month billing cycle and may be shortened to three months at the Promoter’s discretion.
The “Free Bill” credit will be calculated at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion and:
a. include supply charges, usage charges, demand charges and green charges for the Free Bill Period after any other discounts, concessions, feed in tariffs or other credits of any kind are applied (including other subsequent manual credits); and
b. exclude any fees or charges incurred and billed outside of the Free Bill Period even if they are brought forward or noted on the bill for the Free Bill Period.
