How can participants enter the giveaway?

Participants must purchase any car battery from a Battery World store and sign up for the Volt program to enter the draw.

Who is eligible to enter?

To be eligible, entrants must be residents of Australia, over 18 years of age, retail customers, and make a qualifying purchase of an automotive battery at a Battery World store or online. They must also be members or sign up for the Battery World Australia loyalty program (Volt) during the promotional period.

When is the promotional period?

The promotional period starts on July 3, 2023, at 00:01 AEST and closes on August 13, 2023, at 23:59 AEST.

What is the prize?

There are 109 prizes in total, with each prize consisting of $1,000 cash. The total prize pool is $109,000 AUD.

How will the winners be selected?

The winners will be selected through a random draw, which will take place on August 17, 2023, at 12:00 noon AEST.

How will the winners be notified?

The winners will be notified by phone and email within three working days of the draw. Their names will also be announced on the Battery World website.

What happens if a prize remains unclaimed?

If a prize remains unclaimed by November 22, 2023, a further draw will be conducted, and the winner/s will be notified by phone or email. Their names will be announced on the Battery World website.

Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families of Battery World stores and participating stores and agents are not eligible to enter.
