Entry into this promotion is only open to persons who meet all the following criteri (i) Residents of Australia (ii) 16 years of age or older. Entrants between 16 and up to (but not including) 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian approval to enter. In addition, if an entrant under the age of 18 wins a prize, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian, on the winner’s behalf, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter. (c) Maximum value of prizes The maximum RRP of a Signed Hyundai A-League Club Jersey is AU$120 The total maximum RRP of the Signed Hyundai A-League Club Jersey prize pool is $1,320 Australian dollars (AU$1,320). 6 Winner notification The winners will be notified via mobile on the 11th December 2019. Winner will be published on https://hyundai.com.au/why-hyundai/sponsorships/2019-signed-jerseycompetition 12th December 2019. 7 Unclaimed prize draw If the winners do not respond within 3 months of being notified by Hyundai that they have won the competition, the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Hyundai to identify that winner were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Hyundai reserves the right to select another winner through a unclaimed prize draw. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 10th March 2020 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
