Who can enter the competition?
To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reside in Australia, be 18 years or older, have a valid telephone number and email address, be a current HCF member with an eligible product for at least 8 days as of November 9, 2023, and be up to date with your premium payments. Certain HCF members, such as those with Overseas Visitors Health Cover, Ambulance Only Cover, or ineligible HCF Life products, are ineligible to enter. Employees, directors, or officers of the Promoter, their associated companies or agencies, and their immediate families are also ineligible.
When does the competition close?
The competition period runs from 12:01 am AEST/AEDT on November 9, 2023, to 11:59 pm AEST/AEDT on December 13, 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date if necessary.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter the competition, you must: 1. Log in or register your details at hcf.com.au/member-login. 2. Purchase an e-Gift Card through the HCF Thank You rewards webpage at hcf.com.au/memberservices/mycover/hcf-thank-you. Eligible entrants can opt-out of the competition by emailing hcfthankyou@hcfthankyou.com.au before 11:59 pm AEST/AEDT on December 13, 2023. After making an eligible purchase, you will be entered into the prize draw, with no limit on the number of entries.
What is the prize and its total worth?
Each prize consists of an ACTIV Visa Prepaid Card valued at AUD $1,000 each. There are a total of 12 prizes, making the total prize pool value AUD $12,000.

- The prizes will not be transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. - If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with another item of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval. - A second chance draw may be held if a winner does not respond within 3 months of being notified of winning, and reasonable efforts to identify the winner are unsuccessful. - The winners will be chosen at random by manual draw, and the results will be final and binding. - The winners will be personally notified by email and telephone. - The competition is subject to regulatory approval, and the Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions with notice to entrants. - The competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales. - Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability associated with the competition. - Tax implications arising from prize winnings should be considered, and independent financial advice is recommended.
