1. By participating in this Cuisinart Facebook Waffle Shop giveaway promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The promoter is Sheldon and Hammond (ABN 90076567989), 57 Salisbury Road, Asquith, NSW, 2077.
3. Employees & contractors of Sheldon and Hammond and Cuisinart and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. Entry into the Giveaway Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 13 years and older.

The Promotion will commence on week of the 05/05/13 and end on 04/08/14. During the Competition Period, entrants must:
Visit the Cuisinart AU NZ Facebook page at facebook.com/CuisinartAUNZ; Click on the “Waffle Shop” tab and fully complete and submit the online
iii. All entries must be received during the Competition Period.

period.
7. It is the entrant's own responsibility to ensure that their details entered upon entry are accurate.
8. There are 12 x Cuisinart Waffle Makers with Interchangeable Sandwich plates to be won during the Promotion – 1 per week. Weekly winners will be chosen by Sheldon and Hammond based on creativity and originality of comments by nominations.
9. This competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, literary and creative merit.
10. The prize must be claimed in full by the closing date of the competition period.
11. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn at the promoter’s discretion.
12. The prize/s is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for
cash.
13. The prize winner will be notified by email within two days of the promoters weekly winner decision, using the contact details provided by the entrant during the registration process.
14. The name of the winner will also be posted to Facebook.
15. Sheldon & Hammond reserves the right to validate the authenticity of entries
and entrant details.
16. By signing up to the Sheldon & Hammond mailing list, all entrants opt-in to receiving further communication from Sheldon & Hammond. All entrant details, including name and email address, will be entered into Sheldon and Hammond’s mailing list database, which may be used to send future marketing materials to entrants. 17. The successful prize winner accepts the prizes 'as-is'.
18. Sheldon & Hammond is not responsible for any variation in the value of the prize.
19. All decisions of Sheldon and Hammond in connection with the promotion are final and no correspondence is to be entered into.
20. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry that entry will be discarded and the Promoter will distribute the relevant prize to the next valid entry.
21. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries. 26. In participating in this Giveaway Promotion, each entrant also agrees with Facebook's Terms and Conditions for the use of Facebook and competitions.
Acknowledgement
By entering into this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they are providing information to Sheldon and Hammond and not to Facebook. Each entrant also acknowledges that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
