The Contest Period is from 09:00am AEST on Monday the 17th of September 2018, until 11:59pm AEST on Sunday the 30th September 2018. 3. There will be 130 prizes awarded to 130 entries that submit the most creative entries to ‘What can you do with oyster sauce’ (One (1) prize per person). 4. An ‘entry’ is a photo demonstrating a creative use of oyster sauce, along with a caption posted on the comments of the ‘Everything is Better with Panda’ Facebook Contest Post during the Contest Period. 5. On the 5th of October 2018 (after the Contest Period has concluded), the 130 winners will be notified via Facebook if they have been successful. 6. Winners will be announced on Asian Inspirations’ Facebook page on Wednesday the 10th of October 2018. 7. Each winner will win one (1) Limited Edition Lee Kum Kee Panda Product Pack worth $46. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Contest is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Contest commences on 17th September 2018 (Monday) at 09:00 am AEST and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30th September 2018 (Sunday) (the Contest Period). 9. To enter, entrants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period: a) Visit Asian Inspirations’ Facebook page at www.facebook.com/AsianInspirations and upload a photo along with a caption in the comments of the Everything is Better with Panda Contest Post. b) Submit at least one (1) entry during the Contest Period which comprises answering of the question “What can you do with oyster sauce”. 10. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received on the www.facebook.com/AsianInspirations page, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 12. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant and exclude from the Contest if deemed inappropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoter's discretion. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS 13. At the end of the Contest Period, the Promoter will judge all entries submitted in the comments of the Contest Post during the Contest Period against each other based on the following criteri a) Originality of Photo b) Creativity on Usage of Oyster Sauce c) Clear and Presentable Photo d) Well Written Caption 14. Subject to the Entry Instructions and Clause 17, the one hundred and thirty (130) most creative entries, as judged by the promoter, will each win one (1) Limited Edition Lee Kum Kee Panda Product Pack (130 prizes total). Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person. 15. As a game of skill, entries will be judged solely on creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Any entry not including a creative response shall be deemed invalid. 16. The announcement will take place at Oriental Merchant Pty Ltd, 22-28 Compark Circuit, VIC 3170 on the Asian Inspirations Facebook page on Wednesday 10th October 2018 at approximately 12:00pm AEST. www.asianinspirations.com.au 17. The winners will be notified via Facebook immediately after winners have been determined on the 5th of October 2018. The prize must be accepted within 48 hours of the winners being notified (through Facebook, privately). If the winner(s) does not respond (on Facebook) within 48 hours of being notified, they will forfeit their right to the prize. The Promoter will select another winner(s) with the next best valid entry, based on judging criteria outlined in clause 13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 21.
