Entrants must be 13 years of age or over.
Entrants agree to participate in all reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter unless otherwise notified to the contrary at the time of acceptance of the Prize.
By entering this Promotion, entrants grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, Australia wide, royalty free, transferable license to use and exploit any material submitted as part of their entry and their participation in the Promotion for the purposes of conducting and promoting this Promotion and for the purpose of advertising and marketing the Promoter, on all media now known or later devised.
Any materials submitted by the winning entrant as part of this Promotion must be original, accurate, unaltered and the entrants own work. Entrants who breach this clause may be deemed ineligible.
Any submissions by the winning entrant may be modified, altered or deleted by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not: (a) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party; (b) be incomplete or illegible; or
(c) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

This Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the Judging Criteria.
Each Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Each Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions. No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize.
If an Entrant’s contact details changes between the date of entry and the Unclaimed Prize Determination, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of his/her updated contact details.
Each Winner participates in this Competition, and uses the Prize, at his or her own risk.
Competition Period
The competition begins at 9am AEDT on 4th March 2016
Entries into the competition close at 11.55pm AEDT on 13th March 2016
Entry Method: Gleam Platform Widget
During the Competition Period:
·       The bellabox community will be invited to enter via the competition widget housed on Facebook and the bellabox website, they will be asked to select the Avon Luxe makeup kit they want to win and detail why.
·       Each entry submitted in the time specified will be individually reviewed by representatives of Bellabox. Bellabox will select the entry it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion, based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the time period specified. Bellabox will then email the relevant winners asking for their postal address and award them their prize.
Maximum Number of Entries
Entrants may only enter the competition once.
Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, originality and creativity in their answer to the question “which Avon luxe makeup up set do you want to win and why”

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified:
The winners will be notified via email on 15/03/2016. All reasonable attempts will be made to notify the winner. If the winners have not replied to bellabox by 25/03/2016 then another winner will be selected.
Prize Delivery
The Major Prizes will be provided to the winner by the nominated prize providers, Avon.
