THE PROMOTION
The “Castrol Movie Tickets Competition” is lottery draw competition (The Competition): winners will be randomly selected to win 1 of 15 double movie passes to The Fate of The Furious.
The Promoter is Sparesbox Pty Ltd (ABN 15 168 552 323) of St Peters NSW 2044.
Sparesbox conducts this competition under the Trade Promotion Lottery Permit number: LTPM/16/01293.

The competition commences at 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday 11 April and concludes on Thursday 27th April 12pm (AEST) This is the promotional period.
All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
THE PRIZE
The prize is 15 x double movie passes to The Fate of The Furious.
Each “Double Pass” can be presented at participating cinemas to receive 2 free tickets for a session of The Fate of The Furious movie session.
The Double passes are subject to terms and conditions outlined by Universal Pictures International, “the supplier”. (See “The Supplier” below)
The 15 prizewinners will be contacted by Sparesbox by email after 12 noon on Thursday 27th April and must respond within 48hours to confirm their postal address to accept their prize
If there is no response to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48hours, another prizewinner will be randomly selected until all 15 prizes are allocated to a prizewinner
The Promoter does not control the terms and conditions of booking the movie session, they are limited by The Supplier of the movie tickets.
The Promotor is responsible for distribution of the movie tickets to the prizewinners, but not responsible for booking the movie, this is the responsibility of the prizewinner.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per person during the Promotional Period.

Any decision made by Sparesbox in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms.
The competition is open to all Australian residents except employees, contractors, agents of Sparesbox.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including butnot limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the competition.
The booking of the movie session remains the sole responsibility of the entrant.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the competition.
THE SUPPLIER
Each prize is subject to these Universal Pictures International (“The Supplier”) terms and conditions:
The pass can be presented at participating cinemas to receive 2 free tickets for a session of the film.
The double passes are only valid at participating cinemas.
Not valid on public holidays and Saturdays after 5pm or on cinema discount days or with any other offer.
Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Not valid for mobile or online ticketing. Voucher does not guarantee entry as seats are subject to availability. Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption.
Not valid at the following premium cinema screens: EVENT cinemas Vmax and Gold Class, Great Union Vmax and Gold Class, Birch, Carroll & Coyle Vmax and Gold Class, GU Film House Vmax, Village Cinemas Vmax, Gold Class VPremium, Reading Gold Lounge, Premium and Titan XC, Cinema Nova ‘Nove Deluxe,’ Dendy Premium Lounge and Dendy Lounge Cinemas, HOYTS IMAX, LOYTS LUX, Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen or special events.
The in-season pass does not include the cost of purchasing/hiring the 3D glasses required to attend a 3D session.
