Who can enter the Fast X Universal Giveaway competition?
The competition is open to any PG subscriber.
When is the deadline to enter the competition?
The competition closes on Monday, 15th May 2023 at 12:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
How can someone enter the competition?
To enter, individuals must subscribe to the PG mailing list either through the PG website (www.performancegarage.com.au) or through the social media subscription portals on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SUMMERNATS), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/summernats/), or TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@summernatscarfestival).
What is the prize that can be won?
The prize is 15 x Double Passes to the FAST X Premiere at The Jam Factory in Melbourne on Tuesday, 16th May. The total worth of the prize pool is $750.00 (AUD).
How will the winners be chosen?
All PG subscribers by the end of the promotional period will have a chance to win one of the prizes. The winners will be selected through an electronic draw from the PG subscriber database at Summernats head office in Kingscliff, NSW, and will be contacted via the email address associated with their subscription account.
Are employees of the Promoter or associated agencies eligible to enter?
No, employees of the Promoter or associated agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
Are the prizes transferable?
The prizes are not transferable.
Are there any additional requirements for winners?
Winners may be required to participate in editorial and media/PR activities related to the competition, including interviews and photographs. The winner's name, voice, video entry, image, and likeness may be used by the Promoter for advertising and publicity purposes in perpetuity worldwide without additional compensation or further reference to the winner.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed by the winning entrant, forfeited, or the winner is not available, a new winner will be chosen at random.
Is the Promoter liable for any damages or lost prizes?
The Promoter and associated agencies assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other issues that may occur during the administration of the competition. Once the prize has left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the prize.
What is the Promoter's privacy policy?
The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition and may use the information for promotional, marketing, and research purposes. The Promoter may share the information with third parties involved in providing products or services or running competitions.
