The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Scholastic Australia, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

The competition closes at midnight AEST on August 12, 2024.

To enter, participants must comment on the specified Facebook post, sharing who their child is dressing up as during Book Week. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

A maximum of 15 winners will each receive one costume, with the retail price ranging between $34.99 and $59.99. The total prize pool value depends on the combination of costumes awarded but could be valued up to approximately $899.85 AUD.

- The winners will be selected based on creative merit, as this is a game of skill, not chance. - Winners will be notified via the method of entry within two business days of the giveaway closing date. If a winner does not respond within seven business days, a new winner will be chosen. - The promoter, Scholastic Australia, will handle the delivery of the prizes, which may take up to six weeks. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize is unavailable, it will be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
