Win 1 of 17 Cases of Magners Cider - This document outlines the terms and conditions for the URBAN LIST x MATSO’S 21 Cases Promotion. By participating in this promotion, individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of the promotion is The Urban List Pty Ltd ATF The Urban List Trust (ABN 56 349 266 482). Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia who are 18 years old or above. Alcohol prizes cannot be distributed to individuals under 18 years old. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, individuals must complete the survey entry on the Promoter’s website during the Promotional Period, which starts on March 17th, 2023, and ends on April 2nd, 2023. Determining and Notifying the Winner: The winner will be selected at random electronic selection and notified via email provided on April 12th, 2023. The winner must respond to the Promoter’s email to accept their prize. If the winner does not acknowledge, accept, and claim their prize by April 26th, 2023, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected. The Prize: The prize is one of the seventeen cases of Magners Cider Bottles (valued up to $79.99 AUD) per winner. The total prize pool is up to the value of $1,359.83 AUD. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter will supply the winner with a similar prize of equivalent value. The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash and is non-transferable. General: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion without notice. By accepting the prize, the winner gives permission to the Promoter to document their response and use that documentation in promotional campaigns.
