Terms and Conditions
• The promotion is open to all residents within Australia except employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance that the entrant meets the entry requirements an d accepts these terms and conditions
• The Promoter is Kinderling Kids Radio in partnership with Coles online.
• The promotion commences on 1 April 2017 and entries close at 5pm on the 14 April 2017.
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the competition form as required and sign up to Kinderling’s newsletter, during the Promotion Period. Entrants can also gain additional entries by completing extra actions as specified by the competition form.
• By entering the competition, you understand and agree that answers to the question asked will be supplied to Coles online and may be used in future Coles online marketing activity. If your answer is used, only your first name will be used to identify your quote with the tag Kinderling Listener (EG: Sara, Kinderling Listener).
• Entrants will be invited to select a check box to opt in to receive marketing messages from Coles online. If you do not select this option your address will not be supplied to Coles online.
• One entry is allowed per person
Prizes and winning
• The random prize draw will take place at Kinderling Kids Radio on 14 April 2017.
• 2 x winners will be awarded one prize each of a $100 credit to be redeemed via Coles online.
• The prize is valued in Australian Dollars
• It is the winner’s responsibility to determine whether they are able to access a Coles online delivery service in their area.
• The prize is not transferrable and can only be used to purchase via Coles Online for delivery within Australia (in the Coles online Delivery network)
• Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 10 days to avoid a re-draw.
• The winner consents to having their name and state being published online at www.kinderling.com.au
• To redeem the prize, the winner must send the email address associated with their Coles online shopping account to mel@kinderling.com.au. If the winner does not have a Coles online account, they can sign up at https://shop.coles.com.au/). It is the winners responsibility to provide a valid email address associated with a Coles Online account.
• Coles online will apply a $100 credit to the account supplied within 5 working days of receipt of the winners Coles online account email address. The winner will be notified once the credit has been applied.
