Competition Details & Terms

Who can enter the LJ Hooker Spring Competition 2024?
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older and own at least one residential property in Australia. Employees of LJ Hooker and their immediate families are not eligible.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 30th November 2024.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter, eligible participants must book and complete a property appraisal for a residential property they own with an LJ Hooker Franchisee during the promotional period. Additionally, if they enter into an Agency Agreement for the same property with the same franchisee, they will receive an extra entry.
What are the prizes?
There are two prizes of $15,000 each: 1.
Appraisal Prize
- awarded to one winner from qualifying appraisal entries. 2.
Listing Prize
- awarded to one winner from qualifying listing entries.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool amount is $30,000, divided into two prizes of $15,000 each for the appraisal and listing categories.
How will the winners be drawn?
The prize draw will take place randomly on 13th December 2024 at LJ Hooker’s headquarters in Sydney, and winners will be notified within two business days via email. If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 13th January 2025.
How will the prize be awarded?
Winners will receive their prize via electronic funds transfer to a bank account they nominate. They must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.
Is there any cost to enter?
No entry fee is charged to participate in the competition, though standard internet costs apply when accessing the entry platform.
