When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59pm on December 19, 2024.
How can participants enter the competition?Eligible entrants can enter by completing the RACQ Young Drivers 2024 survey and providing their name, phone number, and email address when prompted at the end of the survey. Only one entry per person is allowed.
What are the prizes?There will be two winners, each receiving one $250 e-Gift Card (inclusive of GST). The total prize pool value is $500.00 (inclusive of GST).
When will the winners be drawn?The prize draw will take place at 10:00am on December 20, 2024. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
How will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified via telephone or email using the contact details provided during entry. The prize will be emailed or posted to the winner’s provided address.
What happens if a winner cannot be contacted?If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the draw, a redraw will occur at 9:30am on January 6, 2025.
Can the prize be transferred or redeemed for cash?No, the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
What if the prize or part of the prize is unavailable?If the prize or any part of it is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value or specification, at their discretion.
Are there any additional terms for the prize?The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third-party suppliers, which the winner must agree to before accepting the prize.
What happens in the case of a technical issue or fraud?If the competition is affected by technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
What are the liability limitations for the Promoter?The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from the competition or the prize. The Promoter’s maximum liability is limited to $1.00.
What laws govern this competition?The competition is governed by the laws of Queensland.
