Who can enter?
The contest is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and domiciled individuals with employees of the Promoter, affiliated companies, or their advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the promotion close?
The promotion closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 16 July 2024.
How can one enter?
To enter the "Win a New Winter Outfit For You & a Friend!" contest: 1. Receive a 2XU email invitation to the contest. 2. Complete all mandatory fields on the entry form found on the 2XU website and submit it before the contest period ends. 3. After submitting the form, you will receive a unique link that must be sent to a friend (with their consent). 4. The invited friend must also complete and submit the entry form before the contest period ends. 5. Both the initial entrant and the invited friend must subscribe to the Promoter’s marketing emails.
What are the prizes and total prize pool amount?
There is one prize pack to be won, which includes: - Two $500 2XU vouchers (one for the initial entrant and one for the invited friend). - The total prize pool amount is $1,000 AUD.
Winner Selection
At the conclusion of the contest period, the Promoter will randomly draw one team entry from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on Friday, 19 July 2024, at 12:00 PM AEDT at the Promoter’s office in Richmond, Victoria. The winning team members will be notified by email on the same date and their names and states of residence will be published on the 2XU website on or before Monday, 22 July 2024.
Additional Terms
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. - Winners must respond to the Promoter’s email within the specified time to claim the prize. - In the event the prize is unclaimed by 21 September 2024, a further random draw will determine replacement winners on 23 September 2024. - The replacement winners will be notified by email and must claim their prize within the specified time. - Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the supplier and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services. - The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the contest if necessary, subject to regulatory approval. - All entries become the property of the Promoter and no responsibility is accepted for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.
