How and when will the winners be notified?
Two winners will be drawn on 01 October 2024 and notified by telephone and/or in writing. If the winners are unable to take the prize by the stipulated time, it will be forfeited.
Are there any special conditions for the prize?
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and must be accepted as offered. Winners must answer a skill-based question when contacted.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw may take place on 01 November 2024 at the same place as the original draw.
Is there any additional information regarding personal data and liability?
The promoter collects personal information for the promotion and may use it for marketing purposes. The promoter excludes liability for any personal injury or loss arising from the promotion. The Promoter is Chrisco Hampers Australia Limited.
