Win 1 of 2 Apollo Motorhome Holiday Vouchers or Other Prizes - 1. Open to Australian & New Zealand Residents 21 + years with a valid driver’s license.
2. One entry per person.
3. The Competition will run from 1200 (AEST) Thursday 6 February until 1700 (AEST) Friday 28 February 2020. Prizes will
be drawn on Thursday 5 March 2020. Winner will be notified by phone and email will be published by Campstay.
4. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged, based
upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that
they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win

10. 10 people will be the winners of the Holiday here this year competition. This prize is not transferable.
11. Winners agree and consent to being contacted in regards to publicity opportunities including but not limited to: photos,

12. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and a valid driver’s license.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion
and in conjunction with these prize Terms.
15. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at the office of the Promoter or its agency acting on
its behalf in relation to this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the
Promoter. This information will not be shared with any third parties unless an opt-in has been performed.
16. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name, and locality in any
media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any
personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address below.
17. Prizes will be assigned to winners by the Promoter.
18. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third
party vendor terms and conditions.
19. Campstay and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
20. If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoter’s control then a similar
prize of equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the
winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
21. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent
financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation,
indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but
not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that
cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
23. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize
values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize
values.
24. Full terms and conditions apply for the Apollo RV Holidays vouchers. Winners agree that they have read and agree with
the following terms:
• Voucher up to $1,000 for one motorhome holiday in Australia in an Apollo branded campervan or motorhome - any unused amount is forfeit and prize is not
transferable or redeemable for cash. Pickup and return may be from and to any Apollo Australian branch except for Broome.
• Rental voucher can be used towards: Daily motorhome rental hire, Liability Reduction Option 2 (VIP cover), up to 6 camp chairs, up to 2 camp tables, toilet
chemical, one way fees, extended roadside assistance, gas refill fee, taxes, baby/booster seat (on request), Windscreen and tyre cover.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount (early bird and long hire discounts). Other optional extras not included are payable by
the winner.
• Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended. Government taxes, tolls and credit card fees not included.
• Travel to and from the Apollo branch (pick up and drop off) is at the winner’s expense.
• Bond not included - $250.00 authorization required on credit card with Liability Reduction Option 2 as per rental terms and conditions.
