Prize will be posted to the prize winner within 14 days of the draw taking place. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. Lost prizes will not be replaced, and any unused portion will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes will not be extended past the expiry date. Prize Terms & Conditions:
Family Pass to Australia Zoo is valid for 2 Adults and 2 Children. Each Pass is valid until 14/ 06/ 2018. All passes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Passes cannot be on-sold to another party or third part for re-sale. If pass is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
