TERMS OF ENTRY
Aarons Outdoor Living – Gazebo and Spa Package Competition
1. There are TWO prizes of an Aarons 3m x 3m Gazebo OR Pergola OR Bali Hut (winners choice)
stained, with 140mm square posts and stirrups (if required) worth $4,495 (RRP), and a Spas
Direct Spa (2m x 2m, 6 seater, 40 stainless jets, insulated lockable cover), worth $5,990
(RRP). Total prize (EACH) is worth over $10,000. The prize(s) is not redeemable for cash or
transferable and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of these prizes.
2. ONE prize will be won by an online entry and ONE prize won by an entry who has visited a
store or purchased in-store.
3. The ONLINE entry method is via the Rafflecopter App listed on the Aarons Outdoor Living
and Spas Direct Facebook pages, the Aarons website at
www.aaronsoutdoor.com.au/giveaway and the Spas Direct website at
http://www.southwestspa.net/
4. The INSTORE entry method is via visiting an Aarons store in person, with extra entries
available for every $1,000 spent in an Aarons Outdoor Living store. Extra entries for each
$1000 spent in-store will be manually entered into the Rafflecopter App prior to drawing the
instore winner.
5. It is a requirement that the winner be a ‘liker’ or ‘follower’ of both the Aarons Outdoor
Living and Spas Direct Facebook pages and have made a comment on either Facebook page
as to ‘Why’ they want to win the giveaway.
6. All entrants will be subscribed the Aarons Outdoor Living and Spas Direct newsletter
database.
7. Referring friends via the Rafflecopter App will acquire the entrants up to 10 extra entries
into the competition.
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Each winner will be randomly selected by the Rafflecopter Apps at 11am Thursday October
12, 2017. Entry to the competition is free.
10. You must be an Australian resident and the prize must be accepted by someone over the age
of 18.
11. Participation in this giveaway is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The
promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
12. The giveaway period begins at 8am on 12/09/2017. Entries into the giveaway close at
11.59pm EST on 11/10/2017. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or delayed
entries.
13. Employees of the promoter, sponsors or any person associated with the prize are ineligible
to enter.
14. The winners will be notified via email and/or Facebook ‘post’. If no response is received
within 7 days of the contact, the unclaimed giveaway will be rejudged and another winner
identified. No responsibility will be accepted for posts/messages/calls not responded to. The
winner will have their full name and state they reside in published on the Aarons Outdoor
Living and Spas Direct Facebook pages.
15. The prize will be provided to the winner by Aarons Outdoor Living and Spas Direct. The prize
does not include delivery and/or installation costs OR external freight charges that may be
incurred. A delivery/installation service of the Gazebo can be purchased via a store if the
winner is within a metropolitan area. Delivery of the Spa can be purchased through Spas
Direct. The prizes can also be upgraded and the difference in price will be payable by the
winner/s.
a. The Aarons Gazebo will be available for pick up from Campbellfield, Victoria OR
Marsden Park, New South Wales OR Strathpine, Queensland OR Cavan, South
Australia.
b. The Spa Direct Spa will be available for pick up from Sunshine, Victoria OR
Botany, New South Wales OR Brisbane Airport, Brisbane or from a Freight Depot
in Adelaide, South Australia.
16. Aarons Outdoor Living and Spas Direct reserve the right to use the winners name, image,
text or voice for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
17. Aarons Outdoor Living’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoters accept no responsibility for changes in giveaway dates, times or values of
prize components, for any incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any inability for
any entrant to access, view or load the Website. In the event the Promoters postpone or
vary the Giveaway or any elements of a prize, it (and any party associated with the
Giveaway) will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage of any kind (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss or loss or damage caused by the Promoter’s or
other party’s negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, the postponement or
variation of the Giveaway or a prize, nor will the Promoter or other party be liable for any
loss, damage, payment or expense of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or

19. The Promoter reserves the right in its discretion, subject to any approval or directions from

satisfies the entry requirements or it cannot conduct the Giveaway or grant a prize for any
