DESCRIPTION:
The Contest is hosted by GIGABYET. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions, the Rules, and the decisions of the Host, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Host is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of the Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. In case of any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest, the Entrants should approach solely the Host. The Host may be reached by email at esupport.gigabyte.com during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to the legal residents 18 years of age or older in Australia only.
PRIZES:
A total of 2 unique Winners will be awarded from the #AORUSGameOn Challenge.

Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the Winners. The Host reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The prizes are not transferable or eligible for standard manufacturer warranty. The Host makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The Host will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Contest is open for Entries during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted online by following the instructions which can be found on the website https://www.aorus.com/en-au/event/2021-yearend-promo-aorus-gameon
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by the Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will render the Entrant's Entries void and the Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for participation. By entering this Contest, the Entrant agrees that his/her agreement will be bound by these terms and conditions.
WINNER SELECTION:
The Winners of the #AORUSGameOn Challenge will be selected by a random draw from among all the eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random draw will be conducted within 5-8 days after the Promotion Period by the Host. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The Winners will be announced on the social media accounts of AORUS ANZ by January 5th, 2022 (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). They will also be notified by private message or email provided in the Entry Information approximately 7 days after the winner announcement. The potential Winner must accept the prize by email as directed by the Host within 2 weeks of notification. The host is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any Winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the Host.
The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, image and Entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other Entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the Contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Host (GIGABYTE) shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change(s) shall be effective immediately upon posting on this webpage.
