The following are ineligible to enter: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Scentre Group or any of the tenants or retailers in the Westfield Figtree and Westfield Warrawong Shopping Centres (“Participating Centres”) or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: This Promotion commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEDST”) on 19/01/2015 and ends at 4.00pm AEDST on 26/01/2015 (“Promotion Period”). HOW TO ENTER: This promotion is conducted at Westfield Figtree and Westfield Warrawong Shopping Centres (“Participating Centres”). “Participating Retailers” mean any retailer in a Participating Centre, outlined in conditions 33–34. An “Ineligable Transaction” means any transaction recorded on an invalid receipt, as specified in condition 8 below. To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps: a) Spend $30 or more at Participating specialty fresh food retailers or spend $100 or more at supermarkets during the Promotional Period at any Participating Retailer at a Participating Centre, excluding any Ineligible Transaction (“Qualifying Spend”). For clarity, the Qualifying spend can be made by multiple purchases at multiple Participating Retailers during the relevant entry period; b) Present their own original valid receipt(s) recording the Qualifying Spend (which must specify the store and date/time of purchase(s) to the Westfield Concierge Desk at a Participating Centre on the same day as Qualifying spend is made and obtain one (1) entry for every $30 specialty fresh food spend or one (1) entry for every $100 supermarket spend. Provide their full name, a valid email address, mobile number and suburb name to the Westfield Concierge Desk. It is a condition upon entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Westfield database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. Limit of fifteen (15) entries permitted per person per day. PRIZES: There will be one winner at each Participating Centre, at the end of the Promotion Period.
