WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, managers and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers (i.e. Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, Discount Vitamin Warehouse Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse online store and ePharmacy online store) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 22/07/16 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 09/09/16 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period: A. purchase any Centrum or Caltrate product from any participating Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, Discount Vitamin Warehouse Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse online store or ePharmacy online store; and then B. visit www.centrumcaltrateholiday.com.auExternal Links icon, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, telephone and address details together with the barcode of the purchased Centrum or Caltrate product and submit the fully completed online entry form. Unrecognised barcode numbers will be deemed invalid. PRIZES: The first two (2) valid entries drawn will each win a trip for two (2) adults to the destination of their choice, out of either Bali or Thailand.
