You will be required to answer in 25 words or less: “Which Joie product is your favourite and why?” for a chance to win a new Mimzy Snacker high chair in Stripes colour. 4. Entry is only open to all permanent residents of Australia. Where an entrant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must provide written permission for the entrant to participate. 5. An entrant cannot enter the Promotion more than once. 6. This is a game of skill and entries will be judged by a panel of Judges of the Promoter. The most creative and original entry, based on literary merit, will win. Each entry shall be individually judged. The Judge’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants, including in the event of a dispute. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 7. The competition will be judged on 29/02/16 at 9:00am (AEST) at Joie Baby Australia, 82 Bellingara Road, Miranda NSW 2228. If a winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. 8. The winner will be notified in writing by email within 4 weeks of judging commencing and the prize will be delivered to the postal address supplied in the winner’s entry email. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter and Joie Baby using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter and Joie Baby with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that
regulate this Promotion).
