WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Toshiba resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 29/09/2014 and ends at 5:00pm AEDST on 31/12/2014 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must visit www.seriouslyjapanese.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, gender, postcode of residence and fully complete the online questionnaire and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period (“Initial Entry”). PRIZES: The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to Tokyo, Japan valued at up to AU$9,250 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: - Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Tokyo, Japan; - Five (5) x nights twin share 4 star accommodation; and - AU$1,000 spending money for the winner. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
