1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must
comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees
and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 07/04/2017 and closes at 23.59
EST on 30/06/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, participants must do the following during the Competition Period:

8. Total RRP value of all prizes in this promotion = up to $10,000.
9. All travel must be taken within six (6) months of the relevant draw date. The
James Boag Brewery is closed on all Australian public holidays. Travel prize
may not be taken during any Australian public holiday period.
10. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding
GST), meals, drinks, transfers (other than those specified above), activities
(other than those specified above), incidentals, passports, visas, vaccinations,
transport to and from departure point, any applicable insurance including
excesses, and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner
and his/her nominated guest.
11. Prize winner and his/her guest must be Australian residents aged 18 years
and over. The Prize is a single event trip for the winner and his/her guest and
cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The Prize winner and
his/her guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together.
12. The Prize winner and his/her guest may be required to present a credit card
at time of accommodation check in to the accommodation that will be used to
charge for incidentals (such as optional activities) and/or as a bond in case of
damage to the property.
13. Winners must have valid drivers license for car rental and will be required to
provide a credit card to serve as a bond to cover against potential damage to
the rental vehicle.
14. Accommodation and flight arrangements, including suppliers, will be
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion (subject to the choice made
by the winner in accordance with clause 8). All travel arrangements must be
made by the winner via PMG Media Pty Ltd (ABN 12 081 343 259) (phone
(02) 9357 6477) or its agent. The Promoter may refuse any requested
changes, and will not accept any request made within 24 days of departure.
If the Promoter accepts any requested change, change fees may be
applicable.
15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests arrange
at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available
coverage for their period of travel that includes medivac and emergency
relocation cover.
16. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of draw
and the names and suburbs of the winners will be published in the Australian

17. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 03/10/2017 at the same
time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone and email within
two (2) days of the second chance draw. The names and suburbs of the
winners will be published in the Australian on 07/10/2017.
18. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for
any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as
a result of:
a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security
breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the

20. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons
beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or
element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion,
subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not
be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or
element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity,
residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry
into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide
