1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies and authorised outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
4. Promotional period commences 7th October 2015 and concludes 13th October 2015 11:59pm AEST.
5. The major prize(s) is a Santa with List Cookie Jar and Santa on Train Cookie Jar valued at $199 each. Total value of RRP $398 AUD.
6. The winner(s) will be the most creative entry and will be judged by a WWRD representative at WWRD Australia Pty Ltd 100 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park NSW 2148 on the 14th October 2015 at 9am. The winner will be announced on Facebook and will be contacted by email using contact details provided in their entry within 30 days of the draw date. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified on Waterford Crystal Australia's Facebook page (facebook.com/waterfordcrystalaustralia).
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
