1. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. There will be two prize winners that will chosen at random on the same day, the prizes are stated below.
Winner One
Wine Club Red Case (6x bottles)
Value $229.95
Winner Two
Wine Club White Case (6x bottles)
Value $229.95
3. Prize winner will be drawn at random from valid entries at 12pm AEST on 26th May 2016.
4. The prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All delivery costs will be paid for by Vino Sunset. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to in writing by Vino Sunset.
5. Eligible entrants will automatically be granted:
a. b. Northern Territory entrants who may win a prize will not receive it as Northern Territory Regulations do not allow the awarding of alcohol as a prize. There will be no replacement for this component of the prize should a Northern Territory entrant win.
c. Vino Sunset staff and employees are not eligible to win.
6. The promoter is Dj Lowry (Vino Sunset). This promotion commences at 12pm (AEST) on 18th May 2016, up to and including 25th May. Entries close at 23.59pm AEST on 25th May 2016. The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they entered by and/or email the day their prize is drawn.

8. Vino Sunset encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for males and up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for females.
9. All entries remain the property of the promoter and may be entered into a database and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including email contact.
10. If the winner of the draw cannot be contacted, is unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeits or does not claim their prize then the promoter will conduct a second chance draw on 27th July 2016 at 12pm. The second chance winner will be notified by direct message on the social media platform they entered by on the 27th July 2016.
11. If the winner does not claim the prize, the promoter will deal with the prize as Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2009 (S.A.) requires.
