By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. 2. This competition is governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria. The Competition 1. The Plan Your Day and Win - 2018 Open Day competition is free to enter and is open to all who submit a completed Register to WIN form to Open Day 2018. Competition Period 1. The competition commences on Monday 18th May 2018 at 9am AEST and closes on Sunday 26th August 2018 at 11.59pm. Prizes 1. There will be one prize awarded to twenty randomly selected entrants. Prizes consist of: • $100 vouchers for use at ASOS • $100 vouchers for use at The Iconic • $100 vouchers for use with Netflix • $100 vouchers for use at JB Hifi The total prize pool is valued at approximately $2,000. How to Enter 1. Simply complete the Plan Your Day and Win form to be in the running to win. 2. Any registrations that are considered false, or fake will be deemed invalid and ineligible for a prize. Selection and Notification of Winner 1. Twenty winners will be chosen randomly by Deakin University from the list of people who completed the Plan Your Day and Win form on Thursday 30th August 2018 at 10:00am AEST. 2. The winners will then be contacted by phone or email. 3. If a winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days of contact from Deakin University, the winner forfeits the prize and the next best entry will be chosen. This process may continue until the prize is awarded. 4. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Deakin’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
