Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 14/07/2014 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 22/08/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must take a photograph of their most creative and original lunchbox idea (“Photograph”).
5. To enter, individuals must upload their Photograph via Instagram or Facebook during the Promotional Period by undertaking the following steps:
Instagram
a) access and login to their Instagram account;
b) become a ‘Follower’ of @WonderWhiteAustralia (“WonderWhite Account Instagram Account”) (if not an existing Follower of the WonderWhite Instagram account); and
c) upload their Photograph, including their description of what is in the lunchbox and the hashtag “#wonderlunchbox” Only Photographs that contain the hashtag #wonderlunchbox will be eligible. Individuals must ensure that their Instagram account is set to public (not private) in order to be eligible to participate.
Facebook
(a) visit the Wonder White Australia Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/wonderwhiteaustralia (“Facebook Page”);
(b) select the ‘like’ button on the Facebook Page (if not done so already);
(c) upload their Photograph to the Facebook Page wall (or their own Facebook wall), including their description of what is in the lunchbox and the hashtag “#wonderlunchbox” Only Photographs that contain the hashtag #wonderlunchbox will be eligible. Individuals must ensure that their Facebook account is set to public (not private) in order to be eligible to participate.
Uploaded files must be submitted in JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF or TIFF. format, must not exceed 25MB file size.
PRIZES:
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, for each Round will each win a $100 VISA Gift Card.
The Promoter (in its absolute discretion) may choose up to twenty (20) entries throughout the Promotional Period that they deem noteworthy to also receive a prize of a $100 VISA Gift Card.
Total prize pool value is up to $5,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
