a. The Competition will be conducted on The Mastercard Lokies Facebook page (hosted on The MasterCard AU Facebook page) during the Competition Period.
b. Each person who participates in this Competition is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as a ‘Participant’.
c. To be eligible to go into the Competition draw, the Participant must enter the competition via The Mastercard Lokies page and who; fully completes all mandatory information fields, including (without limitation) the Eligible Person’s:
i. Full name and email address.
ii. I Is over the age of 18 years; and
iii. Submits a true response for a nominated venue
By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The Eligible person must nominate a merchant using 25 words or less
b. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity) and to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter will select the twenty (20) best nominations across all four (4) categories (the ‘Winners’). Each winning nomination will receive a $250 prepaid MasterCard. That is a total of $5,000 total prize pool for the nomination stage
