Win 1 of 20 Apple Watches! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 26 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/09/2015 and ends at 7.30pm (local time) on 30/11/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To receive an automatic entry, eligible individuals must book an appointment at any AudioClinic clinic in NSW, QLD, NT, SA, WA or VIC for a hearing screen or a 1st hearing test during the Promotional Period. Cancellation of a booked appointment at any time prior to the relevant draw will invalidate the entry corresponding to that appointment. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
PRIZES:
The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn in each Monthly Draw will each win an Apple Watch (38mm Aluminium Case with black sport band) valued at $499. Prize is the Apple Watch device only and does not include any other devices or connection, call or data charges.
