COMPETITION Australian Eggs x Bendo Competition ENTRANTS Australian Residents aged 18 years and over. EXCLUSIONS Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees. ENTRY PERIOD Starts: 10am AEST on Tuesday 19th April 2022 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on Friday 29th April 2022. LIMIT One entry per person. JUDGING Monday 2nd May 2022 at 1pm in the offices of the Promoter. This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter, at their sole discretion, will select prize winners based on creativity, originality, and written skill of the entry. PRIZING There are 20 Bendo prize packs to be won. There are 10 x Bendo LUXE YOLK prize packs valued at $33 RRP, each pack consisting of 3 x LUXE egg cups (black, white & copper) and 10 x Bendo POP YOLK prize packs valued at $24 RRP, each pack consisting of 3 x POP egg cups (pink, green & yellow). The best ten eligible entries will win 1 x Bendo LUXE YOLK prize pack; and the eligible entrants judged to be 11-20th best will win 1 x Bendo POP YOLK Prize Pack. SPECIAL CONDITIONS The prize is not exchangeable for cash. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited by the winner, no compensation will be provided by the Promoter. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter, or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. LIABILITY The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, contractors and agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or redemption of any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW A prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter.
