Entries are deemed to be  received at the time they are received by the Promoter (and not at the time the Entrant submits the Entry). Entry into the Competition is free. Entries are limited to one for each person. The Draw The Prize will be drawn by the Marketing Manager at 12pm AWST on Thursday, 7th  February 2019 at Midland Gate Centre Management office (Draw). The twenty (20) valid entries will be randomly drawn from the online entries will be  deemed the winner of the Prize (each a Winner).
